What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Child's Pose (Balasana) – Begin with grounding breath and setting intention
  2. Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) – Warm up spine with breath-coordinated flow
  3. Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) – Full body stretch and activation
  4. Plank Pose (Phalakasana) – Strengthens arms and core
  5. Chaturanga Dandasana – Controlled lower to engage upper body and core.
