These slow-paced, introspective practices are designed to down-regulate the nervous system and promote healing. Yin Yoga targets connective tissues through long-held passive stretches, while Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support the body in restful poses

What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Supported Child's Pose with Bolsters – Calms and comforts.
  2. Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana) – Opens hips and heart.
  3. Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) – Soothes tired legs and mind.
  4. Prone Twist with Blanket – Encourages digestion and gentle spinal release.
  5. Guided Yoga Nidra – Systematic relaxation of body and mind.
