A nurturing and empowering practice tailored for all stages of pregnancy. Classes focus on safe movement, breath awareness, pelvic floor support, and emotional well-being. Designed to build strength, reduce discomfort, and support the connection between mother and baby.

What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Cat Cow on Hands and Knees – Encourages spinal mobility and pelvic space.
  2. Standing Crescent Pose – Opens side body and strengthens legs.
  3. Pelvic Tilts in Seated Position – Strengthens pelvic floor gently.
  4. Guided Visualization – Relaxation to reduce anxiety and promote bonding.
