What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Partner Warm Up Flows – Builds communication and coordination.
  2. Bird Pose (Front Plank) – Intro to flying with trust and alignment.
  3. Folded Leaf Pose – Encourages openness and surrender.
  4. Basic Spotting Techniques – Safety and team awareness.
  5. Thai Massage Cool-Down – Simple assisted stretches and grounding.
