This all-levels Vinyasa yoga class welcomes everyone—from first-timers to seasoned practitioners—for a grounding and energizing session under the open sky. Led by an experienced instructor, you'll flow through mindful sequences that awaken the body and calm the mind, all set to the natural soundtrack of birdsong and rustling leaves. After class, stay for a brief guided meditation, a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, and complimentary herbal tea and light snacks. Bring your mat, your breath, and your intention—and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and connected to a community that values wellness and balance. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, try yoga for the first time, or simply enjoy the outdoors in a mindful way, this event is for you.

What You'll Learn

  • Join us for Sunrise Flow: Community Yoga in the Park, a free, all-levels Vinyasa yoga session designed to awaken your body and calm your mind. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Central Park, this morning gathering includes yoga, meditation, a soothing sound bath, and complimentary herbal tea and snacks.

  • 2:30 PM – Workshop: Embodied Ethics & Sacred Activism (Sharon & Sandra)
  • 4:30 PM – Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
  • 6:30 PM – Dinner & Reflection
  • 8:00 PM – Evening Kirtan & Devotional Practice

  • 7:00 AM – Bhakti Vinyasa Practice (with Sharon)
  • 8:45 AM – Breakfast + Group Sharing
  • 10:00 AM – Circle: Living Yoga Beyond the Mat
  • 11:30 AM – Closing Jivamukti Sequence & Blessing
  • 1:00 PM – Farewell Plant-Based Lunch
