What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Reclining Body Scan – Gentle arrival into presence.
  2. Micro Movements with Breath – Promote subtle awareness and nervous system reset.
  3. Shoulder Circles & Neck Waves – Release tension through somatic exploration.
  4. Wall Supported Cat-Cow – Regulate spine with support and breath.
  5. Guided Body Mind Meditation – Cultivates deep inner listening.
