Hot Hatha & Tapasya Yoga ♨️

Hot Hatha and Tapasya Yoga are practiced in a heated room (around 35–38°C) to facilitate deep stretching, detoxification, and mental clarity. The method uses static postures with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and inner strength. Tapasya Yoga, in particular, incorporates mindfulness and disciplined practice to inspire transformation.

What You'll Do

Difficulty level:
  1. Standing Deep Breathing (Pranayama) – Opens lungs and sets intention.
  2. Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) – Increases spine and side body flexibility.
  3. Awkward Pose (Utkatasana) – Builds leg strength and balance.
  4. Tree Pose (Vrksasana) – Cultivates focus and stability.
  5. Final Savasana – Complete rest to integrate practice.
